Where We’ll Be in December

Happy Holidays!

Hope everyone was able to spend some quality time with friends and family during the Thanksgiving break. 🙂 We’ll be back in Smithfield this Saturday, December 5th from 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. The featured coffees will be Brogden Blend, Sumatra Aceh Ketiara (Organic) and Honduran Mayan Decaf. We’ll also have a hodge podge of other beans in limited amounts: Ethiopian Natural Limu, Kenyan Peaberry Tambaya and Guatemalan Ceylan so come early if you’re interested in any of these bags. As for the rest of our schedule, our last two markets for this year will also be in Smithfield. We’ll be at the big, evening Christmas market on Main Street on Friday, December 11th from 5:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m and our final market for the year will be Saturday, December 19th from 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

The Smithfield Farmers Market is located in the charming, historic district on Main Street. You can learn more about it at the following web site: http://www.smithfieldfarmersmarket.org/. You can also follow them on Facebook: http://www.facebook.com/pages/Smithfield-Farmers-Market/227467034002024.

If you live or work near downtown Hampton, we have some exciting news. Starting next weekend, you can find our coffee at Glazed Doughnuts! They are located at 24 Wine Street near the Virginia Air and Space Museum. There’s plenty of parking since they have their own parking lot which makes it super convenient to run in and out. Visit their Facebook page to find out their opening weekend hours: https://www.facebook.com/glazeddoughnutshampton/?fref=ts. They plan to be open during next Friday and Saturday nights’ parades so stop by and take a doughnut and coffee break!

Last Sunday, we did a coffee drop off at Five Points Community Market in Norfolk (Mexican, Sumatra, Brogden Blend and and Peru). This weekend we’ll be dropping off more coffee in Norfolk at Westside Produce and Provisions and Anderson’s Garden and Showplace Cafe in Newport News will be getting some fresh beans for you to enjoy by the cup.

This holiday season give the gift of coffee to friends and family! Nothing says Ho! Ho! Ho! like a cup of fresh roasted coffee. Get free shipping if you spend $59 or more on our website. Additionally, we have a Holiday 3 Pack of coffee from around the world (South America, Africa and Central America) for $30. For friends and family who live outside the area, we can gift wrap and mail your coffee for you.

As we close out the year, we wanted to thank you for coming out to the Smithfield farmers market this season and for shopping at the local businesses that carry our coffee. We appreciate all of your support. We wish everyone all the best in 2016! May the new year be filled with lots of prosperity.
