Guatemalan Acatenango Finca Santa Elisa Pachup Sarchimor Micro Lot


Notes of all spice, orange and peach.  Above Average Acidity, Average Body and Above Average Sweetness.



This coffee is grown at an elevation of 1200 – 1600 meters above sea level.  It undergoes a natural process and is dried on raised beds.  The coffee is harvested from January to March.

The coffee is named after Santa Elisa and the local tree Pachup also known as Chup.  Chup is found around the farm in Yepocapa.  The farm sits on a 360 hectare property of which 91 hectacres are preserved as natural forest and used for reforestation with cypress.
