This coffee is grown at an elevation of 1,500 to 2,200 meters above sea level. It undergoes a mountain water decaf process and it is dried on raised beds. The coffee is harvested from October to January. The coffee is grown in the Sidamo region which is one of the zones in the Oromia Region of southern Ethiopia which is known for producing natural coffees. This coffee showcases fruit-forward characteristics and it has a medium body.
