This coffee is grown at an elevation ranging from 1,100 to 1,250.  It undergoes a natural process and it is sun dried on patios.  Harvest season is from November to March.

This coffee is a collection of coffee from coffee producers in the Santa Ana region located in Apaneca, LLamatepeq.  It is milled at Cafe Tuxpal which is owned and managed by Frederico Pacas.  Cafe Tuxpal is known for its quality and care.
