This Sumatran coffee is sourced from family-operated farms in the Sipangan Bolon region on the shores of Lake Toba. CV Yudi Putra operate the dry mill and farmers prepare their coffee to export. They also help farmers access international coffee markets to ensure quality and financial stability for the farmers and their families. The coffee is grown at an altitude of 1,150 – 1,300 meters and it is harvested from June through December. The coffee undergoes a wet-hulled process. Once processed, the beans are sun dried.
